What is a pellet made of?
A pellet is made from wood chip waste (also from pine) and in some cases also from agricultural waste like straw.​

Why Eucalyptus wood?
Because it has a mayor calorific value than other woods and therefore a higher yield.​

What are the advantages of using pellets and not fuel?
Its calorific power is the mayor of normal fuels which allows the lower production costs for its great performance, in addition to being friendly with the  environment that greatly reduces the emissions of gases. 

 

What is the durability of the eucalyptus pellet?
Its durability depends on the quality and density of the pellet formed at the end of the manufacturing process, and evidently, the denser and stronger it is, the more energy is obtained in a combustion chamber

Under what modality will the delivery be made?
The method of shipment of the product will be governed by INCOTERMS ® 2010, which is the international standard of trade terms developed, maintained and promoted by the International Chamber of Commerce (CLP-ICC) Law and Practice Committee. Which will be based on INCOTERMS ® 2010 within Groups E (EXW) and F (FAS, FOB, FCA), where the parties involved in the sale respect and comply with obligations , Responsibilities and risks specified in the mentioned INCOTERMS ® 2010.

If I cancel my order, What will happen to my money?
If you cancel your order after you have entered the preparation process for your shipment, the bank may retain the transaction authorization funds for a period of up to 10 business days. After this time, your funds will be released and your bank statement will stop showing the amount related to the canceled order.​

Note: Because the payment is not charged to your card until the moment your order leaves our distribution center, we can make sure that your funds are not transferred when there are cancellations in your orders.
If you want these transaction authorizations to be withdrawn in order to use the withheld funds, we recommend that you contact your bank.
